Welcome to Maple Flame Pizza. By accessing and using our website, dining at our restaurant, or ordering our food, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. We ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. For parties of 6 or more, we may require a credit card to hold the reservation. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future reservations.

3. Online Ordering

Orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices, menu items, and operating hours are subject to change without notice. We will make our best effort to inform you of any changes that may affect your order.

Order cancellations may be subject to our refund policy, especially for large orders or special requests. Please contact us directly for any concerns about your order.

4. Payment

We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of your payment information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

For large group reservations or catering orders, we may require a deposit or full payment in advance.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. However, while we make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is free from allergens. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order or making a reservation.
