Our Journey

Maple Flame Pizza started as a small family business with a big dream - to bring authentic Italian flavors to Toronto. What began as a passion project has grown into one of the most beloved pizzerias in the city.

Our founder, Chef Michael Romano, trained in Naples for many years before bringing his expertise to Canada. His dedication to quality and tradition is infused in every pizza we make.

Quality Ingredients

We source only the finest ingredients, including imported Italian flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and high-quality local produce. Our commitment to quality is non-negotiable.

Traditional Methods

Our pizzas are made following authentic Neapolitan techniques, with dough that's fermented for at least 24 hours and baked in our wood-fired oven at 850°F for just 90 seconds.

Community Focus
